1. Overview & Local Processing

FlowsMadeEasy is a collection of free, browser-based developer utilities created and maintained by Ellis Karim. All expression formatting, Workflow Definition Language (WDL) parsing, table styling, Adaptive Card designing, and preview rendering occur strictly client-side within your web browser. No operational expressions, schema definitions, payload bodies, or flow data are transmitted, uploaded, or stored on external servers.

2. Infrastructure & Telemetry

This website does not require account creation, logins, or payments. Infrastructure and aggregate performance metrics are managed as follows:

• Cloudflare & Web Analytics: The website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare’s global Content Delivery Network (CDN) for security and performance, and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor aggregate traffic patterns. Cloudflare may process network-level telemetry to mitigate DDoS attacks and malicious traffic, but this site does not place any advertising or tracking cookies on your device.

3. Your Data Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request details regarding any personal data processed about you. Because web analytics on this site are aggregated and cookieless, we hold no mechanism to link web requests to individual persons. 1. Free Community Tools (“As Is”)

FlowsMadeEasy and its constituent utilities are provided free of charge for community and developer convenience on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

2. User Responsibility & Pre-Production Testing

The utilities on this site produce formatted code, schema structures, and Workflow Definition Language expressions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for testing and validating all generated expressions, JSON schemas, and formatted snippets in a dedicated development or non-production environment before deploying them to live Power Automate flows or production business systems.
• Client-side syntax checks identify common structural patterns, but cannot guarantee runtime execution validity against dynamic tenant inputs or Microsoft service limits.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author or maintainer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, these tools or their generated outputs. This includes flow execution failures, throttled API limits, broken automated runs, corrupt payloads, or loss of business data.

4. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

• Generated Outputs: All generated expressions, formatted code blocks, card payloads, and styling snippets are provided under a royalty-free, perpetual licence. You are entirely free to copy, modify, embed, and deploy them across personal and commercial solutions without attribution.
• Website & Application Code: FlowsMadeEasy, its interface designs, branding assets, custom scripts, and underlying application logic are the exclusive intellectual property of Ellis Karim. You may not mirror, scrape, repackage, redistribute, or re-host these applications or their codebase without prior written consent.
